Domestic shipping
For domestic shipping we ship via Allied Express, TNT or Australia Post.
Processing times
Orders will be processed within 2 business days.
Shipping
Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days to metro areas within Australia and 2-7 business days to regional areas within Australia.
If you believe you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folders before emailing us. All enquiries should be emailed to parts@fuel-parts.com
Tracking & delivery
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (where applicable) to track your delivery.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your package will be left in a secure place by the delivery driver. If they are unable to do so, you will be left a card and your package will be taken to your local collection hub.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The above timeframes are not guaranteed, and delays may occur beyond our control.
If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address for your order, please contact our customer service team at parts@fuel-parts.com within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.
If you have any issues with entering your nominated delivery address during your checkout process, please contact our customer service team prior to proceeding with your order so we can set up the account for you.
