In this Returns Policy, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, means Fuel Parts (part of Fuelco Australia Pty Ltd.). (ABN 34 615 177 930), including its successors, assignees, associates and related bodies corporate (defined in the Corporations Act 2001), unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

• We receive the returned product within 21 days following the date of delivery of the product.
• The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.
• You comply with the Returns Procedure set out below; and none of the exclusions set out below apply.
• Restocking fee will be applied/charged on all returned goods

Sale Items

Please note any items purchased from our website may only be exchanged for another size/product or a credit for the amount paid. Refunds will not be given for any sale items.

Returns Procedure

To take advantage of this Returns Policy, you must return a product by providing a shipment tracking number for the returned product and the product must be sent to:

Returns must include your Order Number, Description and Reason for Return.
Proof of purchase in the form of your confirmation email, order invoice and/or receipt must accompany your return. Please understand that you are responsible for shipping costs associated with all returns under this Policy.

Exclusions

The following products may not be returned under this policy:

• Goods that have been used, modified, or damaged in anyway.

Refunds

We will provide you with a refund for the full price of any non-sale product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this Returns Policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us). Where applicable, sale items will be refunded in the form of a credit or gift card/certificate.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds (even during shipping offers) and 10% restocking fee would be applied unless the product is deemed faulty.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this Returns Policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

• We will not refund or exchange the product.
• We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
• If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product at our sole discretion without liability.
